📢Notice of Changes to Victory Fan Meeting Operations

📍Important Notice

• Only one photo or autograph per fan will be allowed during the fan meet.
   (*Polaroid photography is prohibited.)
   
• Autographs on uniforms and clothing are allowed, but requests for other text, PS messages, drawings, etc. are prohibited.
   
• Video recording or audio recording of the players is not allowed.
   
• Physical contact with the players, other than a fist bump, is not allowed.
   
• When taking photos with the players, requests for accessories are limited to one item. Excessive accessories, props, or clothing may be restricted by on-site staff, and if the player refuses, the activity will not proceed.
   
• Failure to adhere to the rules listed above may result in penalties for future events or fan meet selection.
   
• Perishable gifts such as food or fresh flowers cannot be accepted.
   
• Cheerfuls can be freely used for autographs on-site. However, if you want to get autographs on clothing, you must bring your own marker.
   
• Duplicate personal information (such as matching names or numbers) in the application will be counted as one entry during the drawing.
   
• The fan meet will only take place if the team wins that day’s match. In case of a loss, a brief team greeting will be held instead.
   
• To receive fan meet tickets, you must bring both your ID and match ticket. Please cooperate with on-site staff for re-confirmation before the fan meet.
   
• If you do not have a match ticket on the day, you will not be able to apply for or receive fan meet tickets.
   
• If any inappropriate behavior, including false ticket numbers, is detected, your fan meet eligibility will be canceled.
   
• Lost or damaged fan meet tickets will disqualify you from participating, and fan meet tickets are not transferable, for sale, or exchangeable. Any violations may result in penalties for future fan meet participation.
   
• Photography and video recording will take place during the fan meet and may be uploaded on HLE’s SNS and membership sites. Only those who agree to this can apply for participation.
   
• The personal information collected will not be used for other purposes and will be disposed of after the event.
   
• If you do not agree to the use of your personal data for identity verification and benefits provision, your participation will be canceled.
   
• Personal information collected for identity verification and benefit provision will be shared with Hanwha Life and ELLYKATE for the winners.
