We’re here to provide information on how to receive the HLE goods pre-purchase benefit.

This benefit is available through WILLBE PLAY (www.wb-play.co.kr), the official HLE MD site. After purchasing a membership, please provide your WILLBE PLAY account details through the survey to ensure the benefit is applied.

*The goods pre-purchase benefit is only available to annual membership holders.

January Pre-Purchase Benefit Application Period
• Application Open: January 1 (Wed) – January 7 (Tue)

Pre-Purchase Benefit Activation for January Applicants
• Activation Date: Starting January 15 (Wed), the HLE goods pre-purchase benefit will be available on WILLBE PLAY.

Guidelines
1. The pre-purchase benefit allows you to purchase HLE goods early through the WILLBE PLAY online site.
2. This benefit will only apply to selected HLE goods. (Some items may not be eligible for pre-purchase benefits.)
3. Information on goods eligible for pre-purchase benefits will be announced in advance through membership notices.
4. Pre-purchase benefit applications open every month from the 1st to the 7th.
5. Benefit activation on the WILLBE PLAY site will occur sequentially, and it may take up to 7 days for the benefit to be applied.
6. If the WILLBE PLAY account information provided is incorrect, the pre-purchase benefit cannot be applied.
7. Pre-purchase benefit applications can only be submitted during the designated application period.
