We’re excited to share the details on how to enjoy the HLE MD pre-purchase benefits.

This benefit is available through WILLBE PLAY, the official HLE MD site (www.wb-play.co.kr). To take advantage of the benefits, please purchase a membership and provide your WILLBE PLAY membership details through the survey form.

*The early purchase benefit is only available to those who purchase an annual membership.

*To apply for the early purchase benefit, you must first sign up on the Willbe Play site and provide the required information. (If you sign up for Willbe Play after applying for the early purchase benefit, the benefit will not be applied.)


  • February Pre-Purchase Benefit Application Period

 : February 1 (Sat) – February 7 (Fri)

*If you miss this application period, you can apply during the next one, scheduled for March 1–7

*Those who have successfully applied for pre-order benefits in the past do not need to apply again unless there was an error in the information provided. In such cases, please reapply.

  • Pre-Order Benefit Activation for February Applicants

: Starting from : February 15 (Wed): Benefits can be used on WILLBE PLAY to pre-order HLE merchandise.

 

  • Important Information
  1. The pre-purchase benefit allows you to purchase HLE merchandise in advance through the WILLBE PLAY online site.
  2. This benefit will be applied to select HLE merchandise only. (Some items may not be eligible for the pre-purchase benefit)
  3. Details about eligible merchandise will be announced in advance through the membership notices.
  4. Pre-purchase benefit applications open every month from the 1st to the 7th.
  5. Benefits will be applied sequentially on the WILLBE PLAY site, and it may take up to 7 days for them to take effect.
  6. If the WILLBE PLAY account information provided is inaccurate, the pre-purchase benefit cannot be applied.
  7. Applications for the pre-purchase benefit are only accepted during the designated application period.
  8. For fans registering as "Global" members on the WILLBE PLAY online site, You are not required to provide a phone number when submitting your membership pre-purchase information. However, when making purchases on the shopping site, a phone number is mandatory. In such cases, you may input placeholder numbers consisting of the digit "0."
