We’re excited to share the details on how to enjoy the HLE Merch pre-purchase benefits.

This benefit is available through WILLBE PLAY, the official HLE Merch site (www.wb-play.co.kr). To take advantage of the benefits, please purchase a membership and provide your WILLBE PLAY membership details through the survey form.

*The early purchase benefit is only available to those who purchase an annual membership.

*To apply for the early purchase benefit, you must first sign up on the WILLBE Play site and provide the required information. (If you sign up for WILLBE PLAY after applying for the early purchase benefit, the benefit will not be applied.)


  • Merch Pre-Purchase Benefit Application Period

 : April 1 (Tue) – April 7 (Mon)

*If you missed this pre-sale application period, you can join the next one, scheduled for May 1–7.

*Those who have successfully applied for pre-order benefits in the past do not need to apply again unless there was an error in the information provided. In such cases, please reapply.

  • Pre-Order Benefit Activation for April Applicants

: Starting from April 15 (Tue), pre-sale benefits for HLE merchandise will be available on WILLBE PLAY.

 

📍Important Information

  1. The pre-sale benefit allows you to purchase Hanwha Life Esports merchandise in advance through the WILLBE PLAY online store.
  2. This benefit applies only to selected HLE merchandise, and some items may not be eligible for pre-sale.
  3. The list of merchandise eligible for pre-sale will be announced in advance via membership notices.
  4. Pre-sale benefits will be applied sequentially on the WILLBE PLAY website, and it may take up to 7 days for the benefit to be fully processed.
  5. If the information you provide for WILLBE PLAY does not match your actual details, the pre-sale benefit cannot be applied.
  6. Applications for the pre-order benefit can only be submitted during the designated application period.
  7. Fans registering as ‘Global’ members on the WILLBE PLAY online store do not need to enter a phone number when submitting their membership pre-sale registration. However, a phone number is required when purchasing items on the store. If needed, you may enter a placeholder number using zeros.
