We invite you to take part in our annual membership survey for the chance to attend the HLE Victory Fan Meeting. Please make sure to review the guidelines before participating in the survey.

📍Fan Meeting Schedule

• April 17, 2025 – LCK R1 vs DRX

📍Number of Attendees

• 40 participants (Exclusive to HLE Orange Membership Annual Subscribers)

📍Winner Announcement

• On match day between 12:00–13:00 (KST) : winners will be contacted individually via the email address registered with their membership.

*Please note that no email will be sent if you are not selected.
*There will be no separate public winner announcement.

📍How to Receive Fan Meeting Tickets

• Winners can collect their fan meeting tickets at the "Great Challengers Zone" event booth on match day, starting one hour before the match until the match begins. You will need to present your ID and match ticket to receive your fan meeting ticket.
• If you miss the ticket exchange at the event booth, you can still collect your ticket before the fan meeting by showing your ID.
• For companion tickets, please apply under your name and collect the tickets together with your companion at the booth.

📍Important Notes

• Applications with duplicate personal information (e.g., name, phone number, etc.) will be considered as one entry during the selection process.
• The fan meeting will only take place if HLE wins the match. In case of a loss, the players will hold a brief greeting session instead.
• Participants must bring their ID and match ticket to receive the fan meeting ticket.
• Applications or ticket collection will not be allowed without a valid match ticket. Misuse, such as providing false ticket information, will result in disqualification.
• Lost or damaged fan meeting tickets cannot be replaced, and participation will not be possible. Tickets are non-transferable, non-sellable, and non-exchangeable. Violations may result in restrictions for future fan meetings.
• Photos and videos taken during the fan meeting may be uploaded to social media. Please only apply if you consent to this.
• All personal information provided will be used solely for this event and will be securely deleted after the match.
• If you do not agree to the collection and use of personal information for verifying winners and providing benefits, your selection may be canceled.
• Personal information of winners, collected for verification and benefit distribution, will be shared with Hanwha Life Esports and ELLYKATE Co., Ltd.
