Fan Meeting Application Details

Hello, this is Hanwha Life Esports.

Orange fans, share the joy of victory with HLE 

and soak in the excitement of spring!

We invite you to take part in our annual membership survey for the chance to attend the HLE Victory Fan Meeting. Please make sure to review the guidelines before participating in the survey.

This survey is for recruiting additional fan meetings.

📍Fan Meeting Schedule

• May 11, 2025 – LCK R1 vs DRX

📍Number of Winners

• Total 75 winners (Raffle for annual membership subscribers)
  *Subject to change based on the team’s schedule.

📍Eligibility

• HLE <Fan Seating Ticket> holders for the day of the event.

📍Fan Seating Locations

• HOME match - A, B, C, D sections
  AWAY match - D, E, F, G sections
  *Fans seated in the opposing team’s section cannot apply for the fan meet.

*If the fan meet winner’s seat is confirmed to be in the opposing team’s cheering section, they will be unable to collect the ticket at the venue.

📍Application Dates

• 1 day before the match, from 10 AM to 10 PM.

📍How to Apply

• Participate in the membership (BeStage) survey for the pre-announced fan meet date and submit your details.
• When completing the survey, you can select your preferred player. If left random, the player will be selected randomly.

📍Winner Announcement

• By 1 PM on match day (KST): Winners will be notified individually via email (Fan meet details such as the assigned player will be included).
  *No emails will be sent to non-winners.
  There will be no additional public announcement of the winners.

📍Total Duration

• 30 minutes

📍Format

• Player-specific meet (up to 15 fans per player, subject to change based on the team’s schedule)

📍Applicable Dates

• Starting from the 2025 May 11th DRX match victory fan meet.

📍Fan Meet Ticket Pickup

• Winners can pick up their fan meet tickets at the HLE event booth, with their ID and match ticket confirmed, between 1 hour before the match start and the start time.
• If you haven’t picked up the ticket at the event booth before, you can still collect it before the fan meet, after confirming your ID.
• For companions’ tickets, please ensure that the fan meet application is made in your name and claim the tickets together with your companion.

*Companion tickets cannot be claimed if they are not with the winner during the fan meet.

📍Important Notice

• Only one photo or autograph per fan will be allowed during the fan meet.
  (*Polaroid photography is prohibited.)
   
• Autographs on uniforms and clothing are allowed, but requests for other text, PS messages, drawings, etc. are prohibited.
   
• Video recording or audio recording of the players is not allowed.
   
• Physical contact with the players, other than a fist bump, is not allowed.
   
• When taking photos with the players, requests for accessories are limited to one item. Excessive accessories, props, or clothing may be restricted by on-site staff, and if the player refuses, the activity will not proceed.
   
• Failure to adhere to the rules listed above may result in penalties for future events or fan meet selection.
   
• Perishable gifts such as food or fresh flowers cannot be accepted.
   
• Cheerfuls can be freely used for autographs on-site. However, if you want to get autographs on clothing, you must bring your own marker.
   
• Duplicate personal information (such as matching names or numbers) in the application will be counted as one entry during the drawing.
   
• The fan meet will only take place if the team wins that day’s match. In case of a loss, a brief team greeting will be held instead.
   
• To receive fan meet tickets, you must bring both your ID and match ticket. Please cooperate with on-site staff for re-confirmation before the fan meet.
   
• If you do not have a match ticket on the day, you will not be able to apply for or receive fan meet tickets.
   
• If any inappropriate behavior, including false ticket numbers, is detected, your fan meet eligibility will be canceled.
   
• Lost or damaged fan meet tickets will disqualify you from participating, and fan meet tickets are not transferable, for sale, or exchangeable. Any violations may result in penalties for future fan meet participation.
   
• Photography and video recording will take place during the fan meet and may be uploaded on HLE’s SNS and membership sites. Only those who agree to this can apply for participation.
   
• The personal information collected will not be used for other purposes and will be disposed of after the event.
   
• If you do not agree to the use of your personal data for identity verification and benefits provision, your participation will be canceled.
   
• Personal information collected for identity verification and benefit provision will be shared with Hanwha Life and ELLYKATE for the winners.
