• Please read all guidelines carefully. We are not responsible for any disadvantages caused by failure to do so.
• THE PLAZA Hotel Stay voucher will only be provided to those who newly purchase the Annual Pass during the event period.
• You must both purchase the Annual Pass and submit the survey within the event period to be eligible. (Submission is required to enter.)
• One entry per account only; duplicate entries are not allowed.
• Survey responses may be modified during the submission period, but cannot be changed afterward.
• The hotel stay voucher is valid until December 23, 2025. Certain blackout dates apply: Sep 13–22, Oct 17–31, Dec 24–31.
• Advance reservation is required to use the voucher. The physical voucher must be presented upon use. The voucher is not redeemable for cash, and cannot be combined with other discounts, transferred, refunded, or exchanged for other items.
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers, and they cannot be reissued. For detailed information regarding the prize, please refer to the instructions on the voucher or contact THE PLAZA directly.
• Please ensure your information is correct, as we are not responsible for undelivered or unreceived prizes due to incorrect details.
• If the winner fails to provide their shipping address by the deadline, their prize may be forfeited.
