(Annual Pass Holders) December MD Early Purchase Benefit Application

Hello, this is Hanwha Life Esports.
We would like to provide guidance on the early purchase benefit for official HLE merchandise (uniforms, jackets, etc.).

This benefit is provided through the official HLE MD platform, WILLBE PLAY (www.wb-play.co.kr).
After purchasing your membership, you must submit your WILLBE PLAY account information on the application page for the benefit to be properly applied.
 

📌 Important Information

🍊 You must register on the WILLBE PLAY website before submitting the early purchase application. If you apply first and register on WILLBE PLAY afterward, the benefit cannot be applied.
🍊 Even if you received the early purchase benefit with the 2025 membership, you must reapply for the 2026 membership.
🍊 Once the early purchase benefit for the 2026 membership is registered and applied, the benefit will remain active on WILLBE PLAY until November 2026, and no monthly reapplication is required.

📌 December Early Purchase Application Period

[December 1 (Mon) – December 7 (Sun)]

※If the information you enter is inaccurate, the benefit may not be applied. Please ensure all details are correct.

※If you miss this period, you may apply again during the next application period (scheduled for January 1–7).

※The early purchase benefit is reserved for Annual Pass members only.

📌Benefit Activation (for December Applicants)

Starting December 22 (MON) at 2:00 PM (KST),
you will be able to use your HLE early purchase benefit on the WILLBE PLAY website.

If you wish to participate in the early purchase for the Orange Limited Goods releasing in late December, you must submit the application form within the designated period.

📌 Additional Notes

• The Quarterly Pass early purchase benefit allows you to buy selected HLE merchandise before general sale on the WILLBE PLAY online site.
• The benefit applies only to specific HLE merchandise items. (Some items may be excluded.)
• Eligible items will be announced in advance through membership notices.
• Early purchase benefits are applied sequentially within WILLBE PLAY and may take up to 14 days to process.
• Benefits cannot be applied if the WILLBE PLAY account information you submit is inaccurate. Please ensure all details match your actual account.
• Applications are accepted only during designated application periods.
• For fans who registered as Global members on WILLBE PLAY, you do not need to enter a phone number when registering your membership early purchase benefit. However, a phone number is required when making an actual merchandise purchase, so it is acceptable to enter a temporary number composed entirely of zeros.
