 → Only selected winners will receive an individual notification via email.
(There will be no separate notice for non-winners.)

🎫Prize Details

A total of 8 winners will be selected.
(1 ticket per winner)

① Match Ticket for December 11 (Thu) — 4 winners
② Match Ticket for December 12 (Fri) or December 13 (Sat) — 4 winners

 → Tickets will be issued for the date on which HLE competes (either Dec 12 or Dec 13).
 → Tickets will not be provided for dates where the team does not qualify or participate.

🪑Seating Information

Seats will be randomly assigned within Sections MA / BA / SA, Row C.

🛎️Ticket Pickup Guidelines

• Winners will receive detailed instructions regarding ticket pickup via email.
• Please make sure to bring a valid photo ID, as identity verification is required.
• Transfer or resale of the ticket is strictly prohibited. Any violation may result in disqualification from this and future events.
• Please note that tickets cannot be reissued in cases of loss or failure to collect on-site.

-Please note that HLE is not responsible for any disadvantages caused by failure to read or understand the information below.
-Winners will be contacted individually via the email registered under their membership account. Please ensure your email is checked regularly.
-Only one ticket per person will be provided.
-Winners must collect their ticket at the ticket booth on the day of the match (Sangam Colosseum, 15F) and present a valid photo ID.
-This benefit cannot be transferred or resold. Any attempt at resale or transfer will result in cancellation of eligibility.
-If you do not agree to the use and provision of your personal information required for winner verification and benefit distribution, your eligibility may be cancelled.
-Personal information collected from confirmed winners may be shared with Hanwha Life Esports and Ellykate Co., Ltd. for verification and fulfillment purposes only.
