[Annual Membership Only] 2026 LCK CUP HLE Victory Fan Meeting Application – vs NS (Jan 18)

This is the application page for fans who wish to participate in the HLE Victory Fan Meeting. Please make sure to carefully review all notices and guidelines before applying for the fan meeting.

📍Fan Meeting Application Period

• From 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, one day prior to the match date

📍How to Apply

• Click the “Fan Meeting Apply” button at the bottom of the page and fill out the required information.
  *When completing the survey, you may select your preferred player. However, if you are not selected for your chosen player, you may be randomly assigned to another player.
  *If repeated no-shows occur after being selected for the fan meeting, disadvantages may apply in future fan meeting selections.

📍Winner Announcement

• Around 1:00 PM (KST) on the match day
  : Winners will receive a notification email (including assigned player information) to the email address registered with their membership. (Selected participants must present the winner notification email and a valid ID on-site to receive their fan meeting ticket.)

*No separate notification will be sent to non-selected applicants.

*There will be no additional public announcement of winners.

📍Eligibility

• 2026 HLE Membership (Annual Plan) holders + HLE cheering section match ticket holders for the match day

*Eligible seating areas-  D, E, F, G (HLE cheering section is fixed as the AWAY side – Elder Seats)

*Ticket event winners should enter “Ticket Event Winner” in the ticket number field. HLE Fan Zone ticket purchasers should enter “Fan Zone Ticket Purchase” in the ticket number field.
*Applications from opposing team cheering sections are not permitted.
*If opposing team seating is confirmed at ticket distribution after winning, ticket issuance will be denied.

 

📍Fan Meeting Schedule

• After the January 18 LCK CUP match vs. NS

📍Number of Winners

• Total of 75 participants (selected by lottery among Annual Membership holders)

* The number of participants may change depending on team circumstances.
 

📍Fan Meeting Ticket Distribution

• Location: HLE EVENT ZONE at LOL PARK
• Distribution Time
  - Game 1 (5:00 PM match): 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM
  - Game 2 (7:00 PM match): 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM
   

📍How to Receive Fan Meeting Tickets

• Winners may receive their fan meeting ticket at the HLE Event Zone from 1 hour before match start until match start, by presenting: Valid ID / Winner notification email / Match ticket
• Even if the ticket was not collected at the event booth in advance, it may still be collected before the fan meeting after identity verification.
• For companion tickets, please apply under your own name and collect the ticket together with your companion.
  *If the companion does not accompany the applicant, ticket issuance will not be possible.

📍Fan Meeting Format

• Individual player fan meetings (Up to 15 fans per player *Subject to change depending on team circumstances.)

📍Important Notes

• Only one photo or autograph per participant is allowed. (*Polaroid photo shooting is strictly prohibited.)
• Autographs on uniforms or clothing are permitted. Requests for additional messages, PS notes, drawings, or special phrases are not allowed.
• Video recording and audio recording of players are strictly prohibited.
• Physical contact with players is prohibited, except for fist bumps.
• Requests for players to wear accessories during photos are limited to one item. Excessive accessories, props, or clothing may be restricted by staff, and if a player declines, the activity cannot proceed.
• Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in disadvantages in future events or fan meeting selections.
• Food, fresh flowers, or gifts that may spoil are not allowed.
• Cheer props for autographs are permitted. If requesting an autograph on clothing, participants must bring their own marker.
• Applications submitted with duplicate personal information (name, phone number, etc.) will be treated as a single entry in the lottery.
• The fan meeting will be held only if HLE wins the match. In case of a loss, only a brief team greeting will take place.
• Participants must bring a valid ID and match ticket for verification when receiving the fan meeting ticket. On-site staff may recheck identification before the fan meeting.
• Without a match ticket for the day, application and ticket collection are not allowed.
• Any inappropriate activity, including false ticket number submission, will result in cancellation of selection.
• Lost or damaged fan meeting tickets cannot be reissued. Tickets may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged. Violations may result in disadvantages for future participation.
• Photos and videos for HLE SNS and membership platforms will be recorded during the fan meeting. Only those who agree may apply.
• Personal information provided will not be used for other purposes and will be destroyed after the match.
• If you do not agree to the personal information outsourcing consent required for winner verification and benefit provision, your selection may be canceled.
• Personal information collected from confirmed winners may be shared with Hanwha Life Esports and Ellykate Co., Ltd. for verification and fulfillment purposes only.
