(Annual Membership Only) March MD Early Purchase Benefit Application

Hello, this is Hanwha Life Esports.
We would like to provide guidance on the early purchase benefit for official HLE merchandise (uniforms, jackets, etc.).

This benefit is provided through the official HLE MD platform, WILLBE PLAY (www.wb-play.co.kr).
After purchasing your membership, you must submit your WILLBE PLAY account information on the application page for the benefit to be properly applied.
 

📌 Important Information

🍊 To apply for the Early Purchase Benefit, you must first sign up on the WILLBE PLAY website. If you apply for the Early Purchase Benefit before registering on the WILLBE PLAY site, the benefit will not be applied.

🍊 Once the Early Purchase Benefit is applied through the 2026 Season Membership, the benefit tier will remain active on the WILLBE PLAY website until November 2026. You do not need to reapply every month. (If you have previously applied and your benefit tier is already reflected on WILLBE PLAY, you do not need to submit another application.)

🍊 If multiple memberships are purchased under one account (e.g., both Annual and Quarterly), the Early Purchase Benefit will be applied only once, based on the higher-tier membership (Annual). Duplicate applications or overlapping benefits are not permitted, so please check carefully before applying.

🍊The Early Purchase Benefit can be applied to only one store per account — either the Domestic Store or the Global Store. Simultaneous application to both stores is not allowed, and benefits will be provided based on the selected store.

🍊 Even if you received the Early Purchase Benefit for the 2025 Season Membership, you must reapply for the 2026 Season Membership.

📌 March Early Purchase Application Period

※If the information you enter is inaccurate, the benefit may not be applied. Please ensure all details are correct.
※If you miss this period, you may apply again during the next application period (scheduled for April 1–7).
※The early purchase benefit is reserved for Annual Pass members only.

📌Benefit Activation (for March Applicants)

The early purchase benefit for HLE merchandise will be available on the WILLBE PLAY online site starting March 23 (Mon).

📌 Additional Notes

• The early purchase benefit allows you to buy HLE merchandise before the general sale on the WILLBE PLAY online site.
• The benefit applies only to specific HLE merchandise items. (Some items may be excluded.)
• Eligible items will be announced in advance through membership notices.
• Early purchase benefits are applied sequentially within WILLBE PLAY and may take up to 14 days to process.
• Benefits cannot be applied if the WILLBE PLAY account information you submit is inaccurate. Please ensure all details match your actual account.
• Applications are accepted only during designated application periods.
• For fans who registered as Global members on WILLBE PLAY, you do not need to enter a phone number when registering your membership early purchase benefit. However, a phone number is required when making an actual merchandise purchase, so it is acceptable to enter a temporary number composed entirely of zeros.
