[Annual Membership ONLY] 2026 LCK R1 HLE Victory Fan Meeting Application - vs T1 (4/4)

This is the application page for those who wish to participate in the HLE Victory Fan Meeting. Please make sure to review all notes carefully before applying.

📍Fan Meeting Application & Winner Announcement

• Application Period : From 00:00 to 16:00 (KST), one day before the match
   
• How to Apply : Click the ‘Fan Meeting Apply’ button below and submit your information
  *You may select your preferred player in the survey. However, if you are not selected for that player, you may be randomly assigned to another player.
  *If you do not agree to random assignment, you will be excluded from the fan meeting selection.
  *No-shows after being selected may result in disadvantages for future fan meeting selections.
   
• Winner Announcement : 18:00 (KST), one day before the match
  *Winners will receive detailed information (including assigned player) via the email registered to their membership. (Winners must present the confirmation email and ID on-site to receive their fan meeting ticket.)
  *No separate email will be sent to non-winners.
  *No additional public announcement of winners will be made.
   
• Number of Winners : A total of 75 winners (selected from annual membership holders)
  *The number of winners may change depending on team circumstances.

📍Eligibility (Annual Membership Required)

• HLE Cheering Section Ticket Holders
  *Cheering Section
  HOME: Sections A, B, C, D
  AWAY: Sections D, E, F, G
• HLE Ticket Event Winners
  *Enter ‘Ticket Event Winner’ in the ticket number field
• HLE Fan Zone Ticket Purchasers
  *Enter 'Fan Zone Ticket Purchase' in the ticket number field
• THE PLAZA X HLE Package Purchasers
  *Enter ‘THE PLAZA Package Purchase’ in the ticket number field

*Applications are not allowed for seats in the opposing team’s section.
*If an opposing team seat is identified during on-site ticket verification, ticket collection will not be permitted.
 

📍Fan Meeting Details

• Schedule : After the LCK match vs T1 on April 4
• Location : Fan Meeting Zone, CHZZK LoL Park
• Duration : Approximately 30 minutes
• Format : Individual fan meeting per player (Up to 15 participants per player)

📍Fan Meeting Ticket Collection

• Location : HLE EVENT ZONE, CHZZK LoL Park
• Distribution Time
  - Match 1 (5PM match): 16:00 – 17:00
  - Match 2 (7PM match): 18:00 – 19:00
• How to Collect
  - Winners can collect their tickets at the HLE Event Zone from 1 hour before the match until the match start time by presenting → ID / Winner confirmation email / Match ticket
  - Even if you did not collect your ticket at the pre-event booth, you may still receive it before the fan meeting after identity verification.
  - For companion tickets, the companion must apply under their own name and collect the ticket together with the ticket purchaser. (Tickets cannot be collected without the companion present.)

📍Important Notes

• The fan meeting will be conducted for 1 minute and 30 seconds per person (excluding entry and exit time).
• In the event of a loss, only a brief greeting fan meeting will be held. Fan meeting winners may enter the front section and participate (regardless of winning order). Non-winners are asked to participate from the rear section.
• Within the allotted time, you may take photos or receive autographs (signatures on uniforms and clothing are allowed; PS requests are permitted).
• When taking photos with players, requests for accessories are limited to one item. Excessive accessories, props, or clothing may be restricted by on-site staff, and if a player declines, the activity cannot proceed.
• Polaroid photography is prohibited.
• Any sexual, offensive, or uncomfortable remarks about appearance or body, invasion of players’ privacy, or personal questions may result in on-site sanctions (warnings, removal, etc.), depending on the situation.
• Physical contact with players is prohibited, except for fist bumps.
• Food, fresh flowers, or gifts that may spoil are not allowed.
• Failure to comply with the above guidelines may result in disadvantages in future events or fan meeting selections.
• Cheer signs may be freely used for autographs on-site. If you wish to receive a signature on clothing, you must bring your own marker or pen.
• Applications submitted with duplicate personal information (same name, phone number, etc.) will be treated as one entry in the draw.
• The fan meeting will be held only if HLE wins the match. In case of a loss, only a brief team greeting will take place.
• Participants must bring a valid ID and match ticket for verification when receiving the fan meeting ticket. On-site staff may recheck identification before the fan meeting.
• Without a match ticket for the day, application and ticket collection are not allowed.
• Any inappropriate activity, including false ticket number submission, will result in cancellation of selection.
• Lost or damaged fan meeting tickets cannot be reissued. Tickets may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged. Violations may result in disadvantages for future participation.
• Photos and videos for HLE SNS and membership platforms will be recorded during the fan meeting. Only those who agree may apply.
• Personal information provided will not be used for other purposes and will be destroyed after the match.
• If you do not agree to the personal information outsourcing consent required for winner verification and benefit provision, your selection may be canceled.
• Personal information collected from confirmed winners may be shared with Hanwha Life Esports and ELLYKATE Co., Ltd. for verification and fulfillment purposes only.
